McLaughlin: Getting permits for beer for July 4th and Beer Fest. Cameras installed by Robert Gatto and Sean Ryan, THANK YOU! Robert Gatto says he can slowly add pieces and improve the system. Use of cameras is solely for the protection and safety of the property and prevention of crime and destruction. Signs posted with notification of camera surveillance. Maggy will buy them at HD
Hydro Raking: in preparation, need a place to put the plants and organic matter scooped out, perhaps behind ball field? Raking by inlet/island and Coriell bridge

Gilmore: Swim dock needs cleaning, migratory geese clog it with droppings. Is it buoyant enough and safe enough? Perhaps need to buy new floats, the non-leaking kind, need 8 at about $80 each Evan will begin cleaning bathrooms right before Memorial day! ( YAY!) We should put a sign saying that parking lot gate opens automatically for exit . We should have a BIG sign for beach closings. Whoever put grills together left out parts. Contacted Tom Kern about Key cards, asking for 200 . Ropes should be new before Memorial day, proposing a day to install them, May 22. Chris Soucy will also be bringing his log splitter soon, to help with all the logs in the lot
Kutchaver: July 4th party is July 6th , rain date 7th. Putting together a committee. Julie has unceremoniously returned the Holy Grail Binder of the July 4th party to Lisa . Website should be easily accessed by board members for contributions. We have an ongoing issue with Board Members not attending enough meetings. This should be addressed and/or corrected. We have volunteers for open spots, if any, on the board. Expense reports have been paid quickly, if not immediately. We currently have 26 unpaid families. Haigh family will have renters , can renters use the Haigh’s membership in their place? Board agrees.
Palmer: Progress.
Potter: We now have 9 lifeguards. We have to post the Board of Health License. We have the road closure permit. We should post the Workman’s comp poster. Not enough recording of the ADP from Mona, Lisa is working on it. Lifeguards have had three successful saves in 2017, and one more in 2018. We got binoculars donated by Ann Perry and a white board by Pati Esposito Umbrellas need to be separate from toys. Mike M will do this before Memorial day .
Marlowe: Water testing for lake and well on May 15th, Will share results Will date and post the notice. Please do not let people remove it.
Puorro: Thank you Donna for the Pizza Party . Will begin preparations for Father’s Day event . June 21 is Campout night. Movie nights: we have screen. June 28, July 12, August 16. Popcorn maker is in the shed. Adult Party is August 17th Beer fest is Sept 7th
New Business:
MP cleaned barricades, needs reflective tape. Collected $55 so far for boats . In the shed, the rugs are GROSS, we should dispose of them . We should have a horse shoe kit and a shuffleboard kit . Basketball net is up and back net is up
What about the situation with the letter carrier?
Discussion of valve. It will eventually break if we open it too many times. Gilmore: Dive team may investigate it
Kutchaver: Suggestion for a mooring point for boats to be stored in the water like a marine. Lisa makes a motion, there are no seconds, motion dismissed.
